Refunds & returns.
If something's not right with your order, write to us and we'll fix it. Here's how the process works.
The short version
- Damaged, leaking, or wrong items? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund — your call, no questions asked.
- Changed your mind on a catalog soap? Return it unopened within 7 days. We refund the product cost; you pay the return courier.
- Custom build-your-own boxes can't be returned for change of mind — they're packed individually for you. But damaged or wrong-shipped custom boxes are still covered by point 1.
- Skin reaction? Stop using it and tell us. We'll refund you for the product even if you've opened it.
How to start a return
Email lyndoh1996@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93923 25854 with:
- Your order ID (format LYD-YY-XXXXX — on your order confirmation)
- A short description of what went wrong
- For damage/wrong-item: clear photos of the product and outer packaging
We respond within 24 hours and confirm the next step. No forms, no portals, just a conversation.
How fast you get your money back
- UPI refunds: 3–7 working days back to the UPI app / source account you paid from.
- Replacements: we dispatch within 2 working days of approving the return; transit 3–7 days.
What we ask in return (for change-of-mind returns)
If you simply changed your mind about a catalog 3-pack:
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
- The outer wrapper should be intact and unopened.
- Individual soap wrappers should be intact (none opened or used).
- Ship it back to us at your cost. Once we receive it, we refund the product cost (not the original shipping).
If you opened it or used it, we can't accept the return — but you can always reach out and we'll see what we can do anyway. We're not robots.
What's not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Custom build-your-own boxes (your unique curation)
- Orders that included a personal gift note
- Free or promotional items ("on the house" soaps)
- Anything that's been opened or used (unless it caused a skin reaction)
Anything in this list that arrived damaged, broken, or wrong is still covered — just write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund — just email or WhatsApp us. Once your package is with the courier, we'll need to wait for it to come back through the returns process.
